This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Internal Revenue Service Office of Procurement intends to award one contract for Brand Name or Equal COTS software. Offerors are invited to submit their proposals in response to this notice by 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday, September 16, 2024 to Vanessa.Rodgers@irs.gov. Vendor: Please confirm that offerors completing and submitting the included Attachment 7 with their quotes will meet/fulfill the Past Performance requirement USG: This attachment no longer exists. 2. Vendor: The Past Performance instructions on page 3 reference “Past Performance Questionnaire - Attachment C,” but this is not included with the solicitation. Attachment 7 “Offeror Past Performance Form” appears to be a form for the offeror to complete USG: Attachment C in the RFQ should reference Attachment 7. This attachment no longer exists. 3. Vendor: In regard to the license request for One Identity, do you have the license key information that is being renewed? USG: For the One Identity, the license key information cannot be disclosed due to security reasons. 4. Vendor: Reviewing the requirement for past performance references in a short few days,(2 being non business days, we ask is there any chance of an extension?
