The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Procurement, Southern Region / Midstates Section, has a requirement for 2,400 Simunition Helmets for IRS Criminal Investigation in Washington, DC per the attached specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 423990. The small business size standard is 500 employees. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this procurement. Please provide your quote and the following information: Company name and address, phone/fax numbers, Point of Contact name/email address, SAM UEI number, Cage Number, and Quoter’s name/signature. Contractors must be actively registered on System for Award Management (SAM) by 09/21/2023 and maintain an active record status in order to be eligible to receive award of a resultant contract.
