The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Procurement, Southern Region / Midstates Section, has a requirement for a vendor to provide short-term office furniture rental at the Federico Degetau Federal Building in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico per the attached Statement of Work. The attached Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination, No. 2015-5707, applies to this requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 5000148079 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, effective April 26, 2022. This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 532420. The small business size standard is $35M. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this procurement. Due to the nature of the services required, a site visit is not required. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for 5 months. The services under this requirement will be paid in arrears once per month. Please provide your quote on the attached Pricing Sheet. Include on your quote the following information: Company name and address, phone/fax numbers, Point of Contact name/email address, SAM UEI number, Cage Number, and Quoter’s name/signature. The attached Solicitation Provisions and Clauses apply to this solicitation. All FAR clauses and provisions may be read electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far/part-52. Complete and/or sign all provisions and clauses found on pages 1-8 of this attachment and submit with your quote. Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by June 24, 2022 and maintain an active record status in order to be eligible to receive award of a resultant contract. Vendors not actively registered in SAM at the time quotes are submitted will be considered nonresponsive and their submission will be rejected.
