This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please reference 5000145610 with your quote and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Contract Specialist Lori Bertolino (lori.a.bertolino@irs.gov) by September 9, 2022, at 1200 MST. Quotes shall be submitted to Contract Specialist Lori Bertolino (lori.a.bertolino@irs.gov) by September 15, 2022, at 1200 MST. This includes the Clauses/Provisions that need to be completed and returned with submitted quote included in this combined synopsis and solicitation. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561621. The small business size standard is $22M. The Contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered the System for Award Management. The IRS intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price purchase order under reference number 5000145610. The requirement is for installation of fourteen (14) ceiling mounted interior mini-dome IP cameras, installation of network/power over Ethernet (POE) switches as required, installation of two (2)Security monitors, installation of network video recorder (NVR) for cameras, connection of signal paths between cameras and NVR and inventory of all equipment installed after completion and acceptance.
