The Questions and Answers along with Revised RFQ have been added to the attachments. The work to be performed under this contract consists of scanning & copying services of docketed cases consists of legal files, administrative files, workpapers, transcripts and sometimes hand-written notes. These materials can range from large single files or several boxes. The materials are oftentimes stapled and will need to be unstapled and then re-stapled in the same order as needed during Large Tax Court trial. The scanning & copying of docketed cases consists of legal files, administrative files, workpapers, transcripts and sometimes hand-written notes. These materials can range from large single files or several boxes. The materials are oftentimes stapled and will need to be unstapled and then re-stapled in the same order. The scanning/copying service will be scheduled to be performed as needed during large case tax court trials, starting June 24, 2022 through December 23, 2022.
