Amendment 0002 - Clarification The IRS is seeking proposals from Small Businesses for a single award ID/IQ contract to obtain training support to provide professional Computer Information Systems training in a classroom environment for newly hired Computer Audit Specialists (CAS). This includes the development of training materials. The CAS is the IRS Computer Information Systems Specialist and Data Analyst regarding taxpayers' automatic data processing (ADP) systems and machine sensible data. A CAS will detect and analyze systems, analyze large volumes of data, and recommend effective examination methods.
