The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 to Blockchain Analytics and Tax Software (BATS), LLC, 3003 Tasman Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95054, for a one-year subscription to Blockchain Analytics & Tax Software LLC (BATS) annual web subscription licenses which are proprietary to the vendor. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement, no other contractors are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available.
