This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number 5000114288 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 561710 with a small business size standard in dollar amount is $12M. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01/19/2021. The Government anticipates establishing a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation. This BPA will be established with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) tasks. All Task Orders shall be within the scope of the BPA. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, places of performance are identified in the IRS Quotation Sheet and the Statement of work All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Phlezette.watt@irs.gov, no later than Friday, February 19, 2021 – 5:00 PM – EST.
