The Department of Treasury requires a training course to increase all the bureaus’ capacity to assess the outcomes of proposed changes, build organizational support, develop plans to manage the transitions and assess the effectiveness of both the transition and the change. The course entitled, "Leading Strategic Corporate Change and Transition", is a critical piece of the Treasury-wide leadership curriculum for experienced Senior Managers and entry-level Executives and is designed to encourage best practice leadership behaviors.
