Walz Label & Mailing Systems developed and owns the propriety and patented hardware, software, and algorithms that are used in these products and support the services specifically required for this acquisition. The intended source has the sole unique technical resources required for this requirement. This brand name product supports the extended warranty the IRS National Distribution Center needs for continuity of operations. The proposed procurement is made under the authority granted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
