S&P Credit Analytics provide access to all data and models in Credit Analytics uses its proprietary model and global, public and private financial data, to establish synthetic credit ratings. The IRS use the synthetic credit ratings to audit arm’s length interest rates used by Taxpayers for debt financing. The proposed procurement is made under the authority granted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
