This is a notice of the Government’s intent to award a sole source brand name firm-fixed price contract to CipherTrace Incorporated, 68 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025. This is a Coronavirus requirement under section 501(b) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42. U.S.C. 5121-5207 (the “Stafford Act”) and urgent in nature. The proposed period of performance is September 25, 2020 through September 24, 2022. This solicitation is not for competition and will be a sole source award to CipherTrace Inc. This notice is for a requirement supporting the IRS, CI/CCU Field Office. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Vendors interested in this announcement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses will be via email: include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, tax ID, business size, and cage code.
