The IRS intends to award a limited source firm fixed price purchase order to Dell Federal Systems, L.P. for Azure Monetary Commitment Provision Commercial AAA-35418 and Office 365 (O365sGCCE3) ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUr AAA-11894 under a Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement. Dell Federal Systems, L.P. is located at One Dell Way, Round Rock, TX 78682. This award will be made pursuant Authority: FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), a urgent and compelling need exists and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays. The purchase order for these items is expected to be awarded on or about June 9, 2020. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This is a notice of intent to award using limited source based urgency and should not be considered a request for information on whether additional vendors have the capability to fulfill this requirement. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Joseph Cloft at Joseph.D.Cloft@irs.gov. The subject of the email shall state “Response to Notice 5000093529”. All responses must be received no later than 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday, July 10, 2020. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide this requirement and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide this requirement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received, as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
