The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Procurement, Southern Region / Midstates Section, has an annual requirement for a contractor to provide courier services at the IRS Kansas City Submission Processing Center in Kansas City, MO per the attached Statement of Work. The attached Service Contract Act Wage Determination, No. 2015-5105, applies to this requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 492110. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this procurement. Due to the nature of the services required, a site visit is not required. The Period of Performance for this requirement includes a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month options. The services under this requirement will be paid in arrears once per month. Please provide your quote on the attached Pricing Sheet. Include on your quote the following information: Company name and address, phone/fax numbers, Point of Contact name/email address, DUNS number and Cage Number. The attached Solicitation Provisions & Clauses apply to this solicitation. Complete and/or sign all provisions and clauses found on pages 2-11 of this attachment and submit with your response. Contractors must be actively registered on System for Award Management (SAM) by May 25, 2020 and maintain an active record status in order to be eligible to receive award of a resultant contract. Contractors not registered in SAM at the time quotes/proposals are submitted risk their submissions being rejected.
