This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number 5000087972 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05, effective 03/30/2020. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is: 334290, and the small business size standard in number of employees is 750. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in the IRS Quotation Sheet document and Statement of Work. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Information document.
