The IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) division requires a FISMA/FedRAMP High (or equivalent with mitigating controls) third-party mobile integration solution for data archival and eDiscovery of its mobile communications devices. The solution must be a forensically defensible platform that enables lawful acquisition, preservation, search, and production of mobile device data. This applies to CI-issued devices that are enrolled and managed through Microsoft Intune. A Request for Information (RFI) and Statement of Work (SOW) are attached to the notice.
