The BEP DC has an existing contract with Army Corp of Engineers however this requirement will be a new requirement covering both DC and Texas facilities. The purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to acquire Audio Visual (AV), and Conferencing Maintenance Support Services. The contract is to provide one (1) base year, and four (4) option years of customer support for installed AV, and conferencing equipment located throughout the Bureau of Engraving and Printing facilities, located in Washington, DC and Fort Worth TX. The contract shall provide for the continuance of operability and maintenance support of the AV, conferencing systems, equipment, parts, and components.
