This notice of intent is to award a sole source purchase order Thomson Reuters (Tax & Accounting) Inc., 2395 Midway Road, Carrolton, Texas 75006-2521. Thomson Reuters will provide annual electronic subscription access to the Thomson Reuters 2022 Annual print subscription renewals for the IRS Chief Counsel Library and Chief Counsel Associate Offices, located in the IRS National Office building. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The award of the contracts shall be awarded in accordance with FAR part 13. Thomas Reuters, it is a large business under NAICS 511120. The Period of performance is anticipated to be: 01/20/2022 through 01/19/2023.The Thomson Reuters electronic subscription platform provides a comprehensive access to federal state and international tax research content plus expert commentary and in-depth analysis. Thomson Reuters provides essential research tools, access to quality legal research materials for conducting comprehensive legal research, as well as, charts, pictures, graphs, mathematical/accounting formulas. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This supply will be procured under Firm Fixed Price Supply in accordance with FAR 13 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).
