Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Once the offeror’s capabilities are determined bona-fide by the Government, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be provided by the contracting officer. When the offeror signs and returns the NDA to joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov, the attachments will be provided. A determination by the Government not to provide the attachments for this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
