The IRS has a need for an Enterprise solution for aligning and coalescing multiple (EA) tools, most of them home-grown and manually intensive, into a cloud-based solution. The Enterprise solution would allow IRS to retire legacy software and hardware and combine stove-piped systems into one holistic architecture. The IRS has selected Software AG Alfabet (Alfabet) as the platform, and the IRS will provide the software for implementation by the Contractor. Under this task order, the IRS is seeking a contractor to develop and implement an Enterprise solution using Alfabet that meets all requirements of existing repositories and processes across the enterprise.
