This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. This notice is for market research purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The IRS is seeking solutions within the industry that adhere to the below requirements; more than one solution may be recommended. Vendors may also list assumptions associated to the current and future environments. The solution must include Single Sign-on support via SAML 2.0. Proposed video gear must be “certified” by Microsoft and Zoom to operate natively on their platforms The solution must be 508 compliant. Please provide VPATs as necessary for each solution. The solution must be IPV6 compliant for the hardware as well as the platform. The equipment must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant. The solution must allow room booking through Microsoft Outlook and must synchronize with Microsoft exchange. Vendors that meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit their capability statements/RFI responses to the items listed in para. 5 Instructions for Responding, specifically the Technical Assessment Areas . The deadline for responses to this RFI is 5:00 PM EST, May 24, 2023. Responses should be forwarded via email to both the primary, Todd Truly at Todd.Truly@irs.gov and "cc" to Mehdi Munazzah at Mehdi.munazzah@irs.gov. Vendors shall reference “RFI – IRS Immersive Collaboration for Smart Conference Rooms” in the subject line of their response as well as in the subject line of any other e-mail correspondence referencing this notice.
