The Department of the Treasury hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial firm-fixed-priced order on a non-competitive basis to Amazon Web Services, Inc., 129000 Worldgate Drive, Herndon, VA 20170. This requirement is to acquire Amazon commercial cloud professional services, in the high region, that encompasses data analytics, cloud technology migration/integration/growth, and training. This requirement will be placed under an established Basic Ordering Agreement and is a continuation of an existing effort currently supported by Amazon Web Services, Inc. The applicable NAICS Code is 518210 and the business size standard is $35M. Performance will be conducted in the continental US. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, any responsible firm that desires challenging the sole-source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
