Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Contractor shall provide the items identified herein under the policies and procedures prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, and Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. As further detailed in the Statement of Work, the Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for to replace existing chain-link fence surrounding Brookhaven Campus with a high-security perimeter fence which will help deter, delay, and devalue potential criminal activity at this facility. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure completion of all contract requirements for the replacement of a fence at Internal Revenue Services (IRS) building at the following location: IRS Brookhaven Campus 1040 Waverly Ave Holtsville, NY 11742. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, under the following: NAICS Code: 238990 - All other Specialty Trade Contractors, Size standard 16.5 million The magnitude of construction is between: $3,000,000 and $5,000,000. A pre-bid bond is required. IAW 52.236-27 herein, a site visit will be held on March 21, 2023. Site visit is being offered as an option for offerors to attend at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on March 21, 2023.
