Amendment # 1: Amendment # 1 is issued to the solicitation to change the SDVOSB set-aside to Total Small Business set-aside, upload the floor plan and post the questions and answers to the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 19.14, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Physical Security System Replacement Services at the IRS office in San Diego, CA. Please read the attached solicitation document for the requirement information. This procurement is being issued as a small business set aside under the NAICS code of 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The size standard is $22 million in average annual receipts. Interested quoters are requested to submit price quotation and other required documents in accordance with section (6) of the addendum to provision FAR 52.212-1 as attached. The IRS intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, quoter's initial quotation should contain the quoter's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be neccessary. Quotations are required to be submitted electronically via email to Mach.Ngo@irs.gov by 12:00 P.M., PDT, on 06/15/2022. Quotations submitted through phone calls, fax, or mail will not be accepted or considered.
