This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Physical Security System Replacement Services at the IRS office in a Jose, CA. Please read the attached solicitation document for the requirement information. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business set aside under the NAICS code of 238210– Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard is $16.5 million in average annual receipts. Interested quoters are requested to submit price quotation and other required documents in accordance with section (6) of the addendum to provision FAR 52.212-1 as attached. The IRS contemplates to award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation without discussion. Quotations will be evaluated based on price only and no other factors. Therefore, quoters are encouraged to submit the best terms in your initial quotations. Quotations are required to be submitted electronically via email to Mach.Ngo@irs.gov by 12:00 P.M., PST, on 05/14/2021. Quotations submitted through phone calls, fax, or mail will not be accepted or considered.
