The OCC’s Santa Ana office has insufficient seating, with 29 employees assigned but only 10 workspaces available. The office, formerly an OTS location acquired through the OTS/OCC merger, includes 8 private offices and 2 workstations. Due to the Return to Office executive order, additional seating capacity is needed. The quickest and most economical solution identified is a two-year furniture rental.
