The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source order to Spokeo, Inc located at: 199 S Los Robles Ave Ste 711 Pasadena, CA 91101, for the acquisition of Spokeo Annual Web Subscription licenses. The purchase will be made using procurement procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source; or brand name specification. Spokeo is a unique service that aggregates public and commercially available data and links that with public social media information. No other vendor can provide the same data that Spokeo provides through the Spokeo service. The services the vendor provides is unique as it gives access to 125+ social media sites as well as public records and court/ historical records. For the reason stated above, it was determined that no other vendor would have the capability or experience to fulfill this requirement, leaving Spokeo, Inc as the only responsible option.
