The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Midstates Area Procurement Office intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Galorath Incorporated., 222 N Sepulveda Blvd Ste 1700, El Segundo, CA 90245, for an annual subscription to SEER Software License. This service can only be provided by Galorath because it is proprietary to the vendor and no other vendor may provide this subscription. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519. The resulting purchase order will be for a period of performance of one year. The Government intends to solicit and award with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other interested organizations must submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the identified point of contact as soon as possible, but not later than 6:00 am (CST) on April 20 , 2020. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to CO Hassan Villalba, hassan.a.villalba@irs.gov. Any such statement of capabilities and qualifications received by the deadline will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
