REPO has adopted Agile practices so the work performed under this PWS will follow a Sprint cycle (not to exceed a month). At the start of each Sprint, the REPO and contractor team and the REPO Product Owner will participate in Sprint Planning to determine the Sprint goal, determine backlog items to be completed during the Sprint, and the products to be delivered with the assigned resources. These backlog items are “deliverables” and the User Story will define the Acceptance Criteria. The REPO Scrum Master will manage the Sprint using the Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool Suite. The contractor team will also have access to the CLM Tool to ensure that they are managing/tracking their progress and have insight into Sprint progress. The REPO Scrum Master will facilitate an End-of-Sprint-Review with REPO management to demonstrate completion of the backlog items against the acceptance criteria.
