This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. 2. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with RFQ number 2043FY-25-Q-00054. 3. A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective 27 August 2025. 4. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 541430 Graphic Design Services. The Small Business Size Standard in millions of dollars is $9.0. This requirement shall be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. 5. The contractor shall provide the requirement under a Firm Fixed Priced contract in accordance with (IAW) attached Statement of Work (SOW).
