This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number 2043FY-21-Q-00002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is: 492110 and PSC R602, and the small business size standard in number of employees is 1,500. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in the IRS Quotation Sheet document.
