Extend the proposal due date to Monday, August 30, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. EST in order to provide Vendor’s the opportunity to reflect the responses in their proposals. SUBJECT: UNITED STATES (US) CHEMICAL SAFETY AND HAZARD INVESTIGATION BOARD (CSB) ANALYTICAL LABORATORY TESTING AND CONSULTING SERVICES The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States (U.S) Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) is seeking Analytical Laboratory Testing and Consulting Services as described in the following solicitation: 20356221Q00004 - Analytical Laboratory Testing and Consulting Services. This contract will be awarded for one (1) twelve-month Base Period and up to two (2) twelve-month option periods, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This is an unrestricted solicitation utilizing NAICS code 541380. The Government anticipates that a Labor Hour Contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS Interested offerors shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for 20356221Q00004 Analytical Laboratory Testing and Consulting Services, Attn: Richards/Holbert” by Friday, August 20, 2021 no later than 10:00 AM EST. Proposals are due by Friday, August 27, 2021, no later than 2:00 PM EST and must follow all instructions contained within the Clause Package. Email your complete proposals to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Proposal for 20356221Q00004 Analytical Laboratory Testing and Consulting Services, Attn: Richards/Holbert.” Only complete proposals, submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered.
