All other terms and conditions remain the same.***End of Amendment 0001*** The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States (U.S) Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) is seeking Metallurgical Consulting and Support Services to provide nondestructive and destructive metallurgical testing and analysis of damaged equipment, determination of the likely cause of the equipment damage and/or failure, and metallurgical consulting services for the Government on-scene at chemical incident sites within the United States. The Government anticipates awarding one or more Time and Material Contracts resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Clause Package and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE OR MORE contractors for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. The Government anticipates that multiple Time and Material Contracts will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. As urgent needs arise, the Government will contact vendors, on a rotational basis, allowing first right of refusal within 24 hours of notice. If a vendor does not accept the request within 24 hours, the Government reserves the right to request other awardees to complete the work.
