All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *************************************************************************************************************** The Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) requires a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to obtain professional administrative support services for the healthcare program for AmeriCorps various subgroups. The Government anticipates awarding a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with firm-fixed price, Cost Reimbursement or hybrid type BPA Calls, for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This requirement is solicited in accordance with FAR 13.303-2 Establishment of BPAs. Please note, all requested information in the Proprosal Instructions, as well as all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposal. As the Awardee will need to provide potentially millions of dollars upfront for the medical billings, and cost reimbursement will follow after; the Awardee may be requested to provide proof of financial preparedness.
