The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of National Mediation Board, is issuing this solicitation for a secure web-based and interactive Voice Response (IVR) voting system identified herein. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed priced award as a result of this solicitation. Questions Questions must be received on or before 05/05/2021 by 10:00 am, ET at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of "Questions for Electronic Voting, Attn: MCAPLINGER/DAHOLBERT" will be answered as amended. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. Offerors are prohibited from communicating directly with Fiscal Service personnel about this procurement action.
