The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Grant Compliance Audit Services in Colombia as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Task Orders (TO) containing Fixed Rate Labor and Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Travel Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation and based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select one contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offers shall email questions no later than 10:00 am EST April 25, 2024, to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line "20343124R00002, Attn: MW/BKS". We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline. Offerors shall email a complete application to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line "20343124R00002, Attn: MW/BKS", no later than 10:00 am EST May 03, 2024 to be considered.
