The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for a contractor to provide Grant Compliance Audit Services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), as described in the following solicitation: “20343124Q00004, AUDIT SERVICES AR/CH/P/U.” The Government anticipates awarding an IDIQ contract with Task Orders (TO) containing Fixed Rate Labor and Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Travel Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation and based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all reqirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select one contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 10:00am EST on 05/28/2024. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline. Questions shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, and must reference “20343124Q00004, AUDIT SERVICES AR/CH/P/U, Attn: JHS/BKS.” Electronic proposals shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, no later than 10:00am EST on 06/04/2024 to be accepted and must reference “20343124Q00004, AUDIT SERVICES AR/CH/P/U, ATTN: JHS/BKS” in the subject line. Proposals received after this deadline are late and will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal.
