The solicitation # 20343122Q00006 attachment has also been updated to reflect clarifications given in Amendment 1.*** The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) is soliciting for Grant Compliance Audit Services in the Eastern Caribbean as described in the Performance Work Statement The Government anticipates awarding a Fixed Rate contract for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ vehicle, and Firm Fixed Price Task orders for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation and based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select one contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offers shall e-mail questions no later than 2:00 PM ET July 18, 2022, to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for 20343122Q00006 Grant Audit Services in the Eastern Caribbean, Attn: Bryan Sheppard/Robert Goff”. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline. Offerors shall email a complete application to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “SOLICITATION 20343122Q00006 Grant Audit Services in the Eastern Caribbean, Attn: Bryan Sheppard/Robert Goff”, no later than 2:00 pm ET on Monday.
