All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ****End of Amendment 1**** The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Grant Compliance Audit Services in Honduras and Nicaragua as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Fixed Rate contract for the base Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ vehicle, and Firm Fixed Price Task Orders for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your application. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offeror shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for #20343122Q00005 - Questions/Audit- Honduras/Nicaragua, Attn: JMS/RLG” by Thursday July 28, 2022, no later than 2:00 PM EST. Interested offeror shall email a complete application to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Application for #20343122Q00005 Audit-Honduras/Nicaragua Proposals, Attn: JMS/RLG” by August 4, 2022, no later than 2:00 PM EST to be considered.
