The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Grant Compliance Audit Services in Guatemala as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Fixed Rate contract for the base Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ vehicle, and Firm Fixed Price Task Orders for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation and based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offerors shall email questions no later than 2:00 pm ET October 19, 2021, to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for 20343122Q0001 Grant Audit Services in Guatemala, Attn: Mindy Wargowsky/David Holbert”. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline.
