Corrected Description: The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Grant Compliance Audit Services in Mexico as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation documents. The Government anticipates awarding a Fixed Rate contract for the base Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, and Firm Fixed Price Task Orders for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation.
