End of Amendment 01*** The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist Services in Argentina and Chile as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Labor Hour Contract resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offeror shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for 20343121Q00010 MELS Support Services in Argentina/Chile, Attn: Poore/Holbert” by March 15, 2021 no later than 1000 EST.
