The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist Services in El Salvador as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Labor Hour Contract resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offeror shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for 20343120Q00019 MELS Support Services in El Salvador, Attn: Poore/Holbert” by Monday September 14, 2020 no later than 10:00 AM EST. Interested offeror shall email a complete application to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Application for 20343120Q00019 MELS Support Services in El Salvador, Attn: Poore/Holbert” by Monday September 21, 2020 no later than 10:00 AM EST to be considered.
