Todos los demás términos y condiciones siguen siendo las mismas. ***End of Amendment 02*** ***Amendment 01*** The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide additional instruction to all applicants. The Offeror shall refer to "Attachment A - Pricing Sheet" of the solicitation package and provide the pricing information as indicated in Unites States Dollars. The Offeror shall propose a fixed daily rate for MELS services, as presented in Attachment A. These fees shall include the cost of professional services, excluding reimbursable travel costs (meals, lodging, and transportation). All other terms and conditions in the original solicitation remain unchanged. ***End of Amendment 01*** The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist Services in Guatemala as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Labor Hour Contract resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation.
