The proposed acquisition is to allow access to Practising Law Institute’s proprietary content that provides an educational/learning platform that offers live seminars, live webcasts, ondemand programs, MP3s, MP4s, one-hour audio briefings, group casts, and mobile apps. It is designed for attorneys and forensic accountants. The platform offers a curriculum designed in response to the demands of the membership and includes over 400 live seminars taught annually by distinguished faculty. The services include live seminars are offered in Washington, D.C.; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and San Francisco, CA-which locations coincide with our headquarters and satellite locations making live programming accessible to all CFPB staff. In addition to the live seminars, over 3,000 hours of on-demand programs are available as well as PDFs of the related materials that can be printed and read concurrently while watching the programs.
