To extend the quotation deadline to 10:00AM, Monday, October 20, 2025. --------------------------------------------------------- Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) of Washington, D.C., is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for one (1) 9-month base period, with an anticipated period of performance of 01/01/2026 through 09/30/2026. This requirement is set aside to small businesses only. Offerors shall have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made. The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and brittany.coffman@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 10:00am ET on October 02, 2025 and must state “RFQ 20342326Q00004– Questions/ Dental Services, Attn: BCoffman/PWhite” in the subject line. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government.
