All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ***************************************** The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH), is requesting a quotation for a Mechanical Yard Enclosure and Retaining Wall Repair at their Washington, D.C. Campus, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The resulting award will be subject to the supplemental Terms, Conditions, and Clauses attached below. This Purchase Order will be awarded with a start date based on the selected offer’s proposed schedule of performance.
