Campus. The address to access the campus is the Eagle Gate at: 140 Rock Creek Church Rd NW Washington, DC 20011 The date and time of the upcoming site visit shall be 09:30am EST, February 3, 2025, Monday. The parties will meet at the flag pole indicated on the attached map, Amend 7 – Campus Map for Site Visit. Security will direct visitors to the appropriate parking. Visitors must sign up for the site visit no later than 12:00pm EST (noon), on Friday, January 31, 2025. Please note, anyone not on the list provided to security will not be able to access the campus. In order to incorporate the site visit, this solicitation shall be extended from 10:00am EST, Friday, January 31, 2025, to 10:00am EST, Friday, February 14, 2025. Additional information that was requested is still being compiled, and an additional amendment shall be posted when this information becomes available. ********************************************** The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) has a need to fully replace the existing keyless lock systems at both the Washington, D.C. and Gulfport, MS campuses, with fully operational, complete and cloud based keyless lock system. The period of performance is anticipated to be for five (5) months from the date of award.
