No other changes have been made to this solicitation. -------------------------- Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH-G), located in Gulfport, MS, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Laundry Equipment and Appliance Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the solicitation terms and conditions and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation is in efforts to secure a Total Small Business Set Aside award under NAICS 811412 as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The anticipated Period of Performance will include one (1) 12-month base period and four (4), 12-month option periods. Please provide all discounts within the initial proposal.
