To extend the solicitation period to Thursday, February 6th at 10:00am ET. _____________________________________ Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home of Gulfport, MS (AFRH-G), is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation. The Government intends to issue a fixed price purchase order for a 3-month period of performance, with a start date as soon as possible. This solicitation is a 100% SBA Certified Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 321918. The Government requests that all possible discounts be included on the contractor’s proposal. Offeror shall have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made. The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 10:00am ET on January 28, 2025 and must state “20342325Q00010 – Questions/Flooring Replacement, Attn: KE/PW” in the subject line. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Electronic quotations shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 10:00am ET on February 04, 2025 to be accepted, and must state “20342325Q00010 – Quotation/Flooring Replacement, Attn: KE/PW” in the subject line. Proposals received after this deadline are late and will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal. The Offeror assumes full responsibility for ensuring all electronic materials and attachments submitted are formatted in accordance with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service Security Requirements.
